At Sublimation Gear, we are dedicated to delivering high-performance custom uniforms to teams and athletes worldwide. Because each piece is manufactured to your exact specifications, our shipping timelines include both production time and transit time.


1. Production & Processing Time

Every order at Sublimation Gear is made-to-order. Unlike standard retail, your uniforms must go through design approval, sublimation printing, precision cutting, and professional stitching.

  • Standard Production: Typically takes 10–15 business days from the date of final design approval and payment.

  • Bulk Orders: Large league or club orders may require additional time. We will provide an estimated ship date at the time of your quote.

  • Rush Orders: If you have an upcoming tournament, please contact us. Rush production may be available for an additional fee depending on our current factory capacity.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

We partner with leading global carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely and quickly.

  • Service Areas: We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Dubai, and Ireland.

  • Carriers: We primarily use DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable tracking and fast delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

  • Responsibility: Sublimation Gear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have left our facility.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, or if the items arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
