1. Custom Production & Design Approval

As a manufacturer of custom-sublimated uniforms, our production process relies on your input and final confirmation.

• Design Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing all digital mock-ups, including spelling, colors, logo placement, and sizing. Once you provide final approval, the order is sent to production and no further changes can be made.

• Color Matching: While we use high-quality sublimation inks, colors may vary slightly between digital screens and the physical fabric. We strive for the closest possible match to your specified pantones.

• Intellectual Property: By submitting logos or artwork, you warrant that you own the rights to use those designs. Sublimation Gear reserves the right to refuse any designs that infringe on trademarks or contain offensive content.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required before an order enters the production phase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for bulk club orders.

• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services at any time. However, once an order is paid and confirmed, the price is locked and will not change.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.

3. Manufacturing & Lead Times

We aim to meet all estimated deadlines, but please note:

• Estimated Dates: Production and shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to peak seasons, shipping carrier issues, or raw material availability.

• Sublimation Process: You acknowledge that small variations in print alignment or minor “white streaks” near seams are a natural characteristic of the full-dye sublimation process on handmade garments.

4. Prohibited Uses
