Refunds Policy

At Sublimation Gear, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our custom sports uniforms. Because our products are custom-made to your specific branding, colors, and sizing, our refund policy is designed to balance the unique nature of personalized manufacturing with our commitment to customer satisfaction.


1. Custom Order Policy

Due to the highly specialized nature of sublimated apparel, items that have been customized with specific logos, names, numbers, or unique colorways cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons unrelated to manufacturing errors.

  • Design Approval: We strongly encourage customers to review all digital mock-ups and size charts carefully before finalizing an order. Once a design is approved and moves into production, changes or cancellations are not possible.

  • Sizing: As uniforms are cut and sewn to order, please refer to our specific size guides. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.

2. Defects and Manufacturing Errors

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a mistake on our part, we will make it right.

  • Eligibility: You may request a replacement or refund if:

    • The product arrived damaged.

    • The sublimation print contains a clear manufacturing defect.

    • The items received do not match the final approved design or specifications.

  • Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Please include clear photos of the defect and a description of the problem.

3. The Refund Process

If a refund is approved by our quality control team, the following steps will occur:

  • Inspection: We may require you to return the defective items for inspection before a refund is processed.

  • Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for shipping.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Production: You may cancel an order for a full refund only if the production process has not yet begun.

  • In-Production: Once the sublimation and cutting process has started, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.
